Insight Reporter

Insight Reporter For ResolveCheck
By applying the power of Insight Reporter to the FIS ResolveCheck product, Insight Reporter for ResolveCheck allows users to analyse the case and workflow data stored within ResolveCheck. It can be used to identify risk positions, help the R&A team leader to organise their resources more efficiently, find offending collecting banks, or to highlight where operators are not performing to expectations.
Whilst ResolveCheck comes with a number of standard reports, the nature of adjustments, and item processing in general, is such that there are often different factors that affect the level and type of cases. These can be process, system and inter or intra bank related. Insight Reporter for ResolveCheck empowers its users by enabling them to look at the live and historical case load information in any way and to filter it to the specific drivers that they currently need to monitor, control and address.
Insight Reporter for ResolveCheck consists of the following modules:
R&A Active Module
The Research and Adjustments Active module contains information at the case level. These are cases that were either open or were closed during the previous working day. It illustrates where immediate focus of attention is required, for example, where cases are of a significant value or age.
Managers, supervisors and team leaders can use this functionality on a daily basis to direct resources to the specific individual cases, thus ensuring that risk is kept to a minimum and Service Level Agreements are consistently met.
R&A Historical Module
The Research and Adjustment Historical module summarizes the information that was previously available in the Active Module. This allows users to view longer term trends in the R & A department. Unlike the Active Module which shows only the information that is currently available, the Historical module stores information back to the initial installation of Insight Reporter.
Workflow Active Module
The Workflow Active Module allows users to analyze the progress of cases within the ResolveCheck workflow system. It illustrates where immediate focus of attention is required, for example, where case activities are outstanding or where bottlenecks in case processing have occurred. The Workflow Active Module is a ‘near real-time’ system where data is updated at configurable time intervals (we suggest every 15 minutes). Managers, supervisors and team leaders can use this functionality to direct resources to the specific individual case activities, thus ensuring efficient flow of case data through ResolveCheck.
Workflow Historical Module
The Workflow History Module summarizes the information that was previously available in the Active Module and is updated on a daily basis. It holds this historical data for a configurable period of time (at least 1 year)and enables further access to the information behind the pure numbers, providing the answers to such questions as; “Where are the consistent bottlenecks in the workflow?”, “Are my staff profiles correct?”, “What is my team’s productivity performance?”.
