David Grier, Managing Director
David is Managing Director of Alphatec. David has a financial background and has spent most of his career in finance, construction maintenance and property.
Accustomed to operating at board level, nationally or globally and across various business disciplines.
David is experienced in working within both the private and public sectors.
This experience and work with the team ensures Alphatec can deliver all of its promises.

Brian Boyce, Technical Director
Brian is the Technical Director and one of the original founders of Alphatec.
Prior to Alphatec, Brian worked for a number of large UK and International financial organisations including Barclays Bank and the National Australia Group.
He has worked on a number of large scale projects including the redesign of the merged clearing platform for Royal Bank of Scotland and Natwest Bank; on which Alphatec were the lead contractor.
Brian has co-authored two books, he has a unique skill of translating the most complex technical matters into terminology that the client understands.
His communication skills are one of the key steps that make our clients comfortable with Alphatec’s ability to deliver.

Simon Davies, Business Development Director
Simon Davies joined Alphatec as their Business Development Manager in August 2008. With over 17 years experience in national and international product sales, he has helped Alphatec’s award winning software solutions – ClaimControl and Timebox grow from strength to strength.
Prior to Joining Alphatec, Simon specialised in product development,and product sales.
Previous to this, Simon held various positions in sales, marketing and management for a variety of companies in different sectors.
Simon’s enthusiasm to his work is what clients appreciate and he always has a positive approach.
